Each studio is designed for 2 people, with a 160 cm double bed. Travelling as four? The two studios are adjacent and independent, with neighbouring terraces: you can book both.

Bed linen, towels, WiFi and final cleaning, with no commissions or hidden fees. And the longer you stay, the more you save by booking on this website. We only ask that you leave the studio tidy and free of rubbish.

From 2 to 7 nights depending on the season. The booking calendar always shows the minimum and the exact price for your dates.

No, pets are not allowed in the studios.

Yes, and it's easy: the building has a free parking area right opposite the entrance (unreserved, subject to availability — spaces are generous and there's usually room), plus free, unrestricted street parking throughout the urbanisation, even at the height of summer. Coming by car is the most convenient way to enjoy the beaches and day trips.

550 metres, about 7 minutes on foot. The storage room has fully reclining beach chairs and parasols, and beach towels are provided: going to the beach is simply walking down.

By car, 35-40 minutes on the motorway. Without a car: private transfer (~€60) or taxi. To get around locally, the M-220 bus stops 2 minutes from the building.

Yes: from November to March, €2,000 for a single month and €1,750/month on stays of 2 months. All the details are on the winter page.

Yes, a communal pool set in the gardens, supervised in season. The fully reclining beach chairs in the storage room work at the pool too.

For the beach and everyday life, no: the beach is a 7-minute walk and you have a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy at the foot of the building, with the M-220 bus to Marbella centre 2 minutes away. For day trips (Ronda, Mijas), the golf courses or dinner along the coast, a car is the most convenient option — and parking is free in the urbanisation.

You're in Marbesa (East Marbella), a quiet residential area by the sea. Marbella's old town is about a 15-minute drive and Puerto Banús a little further; in exchange you get the beach on foot, peace and easy parking. If you want to stay right in the centre or party in Banús, bear that in mind; if you want to relax with the city within reach, this is the place.

Unbeatable: you're right in the Costa del Golf, the corner of Europe with the most courses. Cabopino Golf and Santa María are about 5 minutes away, and dozens of courses (Río Real, the Golf Valley, Finca Cortesín…) are a short drive off. For direct bookings, yes: a €500 online hold placed a few days before arrival. It is not a charge — it is a hold that is released automatically after check-out if everything is in order. Once the traveller registration and the deposit are complete, we send you everything you need to get into the apartment.

Because it is the same studio and the same key, without middleman fees: our direct price is around 10 % lower than what you see on the portals. You also deal directly with us, and cancellation is clear: free up to 14 days before arrival. And long stays are discounted only here: −10 % from 7 nights, −15 % from 28 and −20 % from 56.
