What does the price include?
Bed linen, towels, WiFi and final cleaning, with no commissions or hidden fees. And the longer you stay, the more you save by booking on this website. We only ask that you leave the studio tidy and free of rubbish.
What is the minimum stay?
From 2 to 7 nights depending on the season. The booking calendar always shows the minimum and the exact price for your dates.
How do I pay?
Through the booking engine, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, with secure payment. We also accept cryptocurrencies: message us on WhatsApp.
Is there a security deposit?
For direct bookings, yes: a €500 online hold placed a few days before arrival. It is not a charge — it is a hold that is released automatically after check-out if everything is in order. Once the traveller registration and the deposit are complete, we send you everything you need to get into the apartment.
Why book direct instead of on a portal?
Because it is the same studio and the same key, without middleman fees: our direct price is around 10 % lower than what you see on the portals. You also deal directly with us, and cancellation is clear: free up to 14 days before arrival. And long stays are discounted only here: −10 % from 7 nights, −15 % from 28 and −20 % from 56.
Do you rent by the month in winter?
Yes: from November to March, €2,000 for a single month and €1,750/month on stays of 2 months. All the details are on the winter page.
