In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), users are informed about the processing of their personal data.

Purpose of processing
Personal data provided by the user through the contact forms, the booking system or by any other means will be processed for the following purposes: to answer enquiries and requests for information; to manage bookings and the stay at the accommodation; and to comply with applicable legal obligations, including reporting traveller data to the competent authorities under the traveller registration rules (Spanish Ministry of the Interior).
Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is the consent of the data subject, the performance of a contract (the booking or stay) and compliance with the legal obligations to which the controller is subject.
Data retention
Data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any liabilities arising from that purpose, in accordance with applicable commercial, tax and traveller registration rules.
Recipients
Data may be disclosed to the competent public authorities where there is a legal obligation to do so (for example, to the Spanish State security forces through the Ministry of the Interior system). It may also be processed by service providers acting as data processors (for example, the booking management platform and the payment provider), with appropriate safeguards in place.
Your rights
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by contacting the controller at coronado603@proton.me, attaching a copy of a document proving their identity. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they consider that the processing does not comply with the applicable rules.
Security
The controller adopts the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security of the data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.
This text is available in several languages. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails, as it is the language of the applicable legislation.
